ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICY
Catalog
Currently we DO NOT have a catalog. However, if you would like to be informed of an upcoming sales, new products, etc. send us e-mail and we will add you to our mailing list (this information will ONLY be used by Tri Outfitter.com and will not be revealed to any third party).
If you do not wish to receive any e-mail messages from us, please let us know by sending e-mail to us.
Tax Rates
We are required by law to collect sales tax from Michigan residents (6.0%).

All orders placed with Tri Outfitter.com are encrypted, using SSL Technology.
Payment
The prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept payments by personal check, money order, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card.
Shipping & Handling
General
For shipping purposes we need your full address. If your package is returned because of incomplete address or we accrue any additional charges because of missing information you be held responsible for payment of such.
UPS Ground and U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post
All orders of $50.00 or more are shipped either UPS Ground or U.S.P.S. Parcel Post (your choice) for free within continental U.S. To figure the shipping time by UPS Ground consult the map below. The shipping by U.S.P.S. Parcel Post takes up to 7 days within continental U.S.

UPS 2nd Business Day Delivery (no Saturday deliveries)
Orders may take 24-48 hours to process. 2nd Day Delivery is counted from the actual shipping time, not processing time.
Additional charges may apply to overweight/oversized items like wheels, trainers, etc.
U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail
The shipping time is 2 days within continental U.S. Orders may take 24-48 hours to process. The delivery time is counted from the actual shipping time, not processing time.

International Orders
S&H for all International Orders varies. Therefore e-mail us at info@trioutfitter.com for S&H rates before placing an order. International orders are not insured. If a package is not received, Tri Outfitter.com is not responsible for replacement.
Tracking Shipments
Contact us by e-mail at info@trioutfitter.com and provide your order number. If your order was shipped via UPS you can track it from their website with your tracking number.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. All prices appearing on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Tri Outfitter.com is not responsible for printing errors or any other errors appearing on our website. All orders are subject to acceptance by Tri Outfitter.com.
Back Orders
Due to limited availability of some products that we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. If this causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, Tri Outfitter.com will pay postage on all shipments after the first one (except on international orders).
Guarantee
TRI Outfitter.com guarantees 100% satisfaction with every product that we sell. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, just send it back to us within 30 days and we will replace it, refund, or credit your account (minus the original shipping cost, if paid by Tri Outfitter). After 30 days, we will accept returns on defective items only. Please see Returns and Exchanges for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
All of our products come with a 30-day guarantee. When you are returning an item, it must be in its original packaging and with manufacturer’s tags still attached. Our policy is to only accept returns on used items if they are defective. If a product has been used you MUST get a prior return authorization. Contact Tri Outfitter by e-mail, or by phone (586-530-6127) for further return information.
If you return anything, keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
If an item has a defect which did not appear within the first 30 days, please contact us by e-mail for a return authorization. We do reserve the right to refuse a return if the product appears damaged due to misuse.
If we paid for the shipping costs, and you are returning a product because it doesn't meet your expectation, and not because of a fault of ours, our actual shipping cost WILL be deducted from the refunded or credited amount!!!
